I work relationally, directly, and collaboratively, offering honesty, respect for your autonomy, and a pace that honors your capacity. I help people understand their nervous systems, histories, and lived contexts so their struggles make sense rather than feel like personal failures. Therapy with me is not about fixing you or convincing you to tolerate what isn’t okay, but about supporting choices that align with who you are and how you want to live. I believe healing happens in relationship, through connection, co-regulation, and learning how to be human together. I will sit with you in what’s heavy, laugh when it’s appropriate, and engage the work with care, clarity, and grounded presence.
